Your Focus: Operational Execution. Oversee the delivery of our Launch Edition and serve as the primary "face to the customer".
Pipeline Management:High-efficiency conversion of an extensive, existing lead pool.
Strategic Scaling:Negotiate with strategic partners to secure supply chains for significant volume growth through 2028.
Growth & Leadership:Prepare the market entry for new vehicle platforms and build a dedicated management team in Bremen.
Your Profile Experience: Strong track record in Sales and Operations, ideally in the Automotive, Yachting, or Outdoor sectors.

Your Focus: Composite Manufacturing: Work with sustainable natural fibre materials to produce vehicle components.
Assembly & Integration:Assist in the technical assembly of our vehicles
Quality Excellence:Ensure every vehicle meets our premium standards for the overland community.
Process Improvement: Contribute to our transition from manual manufacturing, learning our panel-press and related processes
